In industrial thermal systems, energy losses do not arise solely from boiler inefficiency. Significant losses can also occur during steam distribution and end-use processes.

Recently, companies across our shared ecosystem came together for the annual Sports Day, a meaningful event held to celebrate the anniversary while providing an opportunity for employees to connect, build relationships and strengthen team spirit.

As part of our annual commitment, Phuc Truong Hai continues to provide scholarships to students of the University of Technology, offering encouragement and support as they pursue their academic journey and future aspirations.

Recently, Phuc Truong Hai successfully completed, delivered, and installed a 6 T/H fluidized-bed boiler in Dong Thap, ready for commissioning and steam generation to support the customer’s production requirements.

Fuel quality and suitability play a crucial role in boiler performance. However, many plants are forced to use fuels that do not meet the design requirements of their boiler systems due to supply limitations, regional fuel characteristics, seasonal weather changes, or market fluctuations. This can lead to excessive fuel consumption, reduced boiler capacity, increased labor costs, and a higher likelihood of operational problems.

Bringing a large-capacity industrial boiler system into safe and efficient operation requires a fully integrated execution process, precise engineering, and strict quality control at every stage. Recently, Phuc Truong Hai Co., Ltd. (PTH Boiler) successfully completed and delivered a turnkey 16 T/H Biomass Steam Supply System featuring a Step Grate Boiler.

The 15th Anniversary Celebration of Phuc Truong Hai Co., Ltd. (PTH Boiler) was successfully held with the distinguished presence of the Company's Board of Directors, valued Customers, trusted Business Partners, and all employees.

In the final days of June 2026, construction activities at PTH Boiler’s latest project site are in full swing. Our team is fully committed to one of the most critical phases of the project—the erection and installation of a high-capacity 16 T/H Step Grate Boiler System. Every activity is being executed with precision and strict adherence to the project schedule, ensuring this "heart of the energy system" is ready for on-time commissioning and handover to the customer.

The two days of the Denimsandjeans Vietnam 2026 Exhibition (June 24 - 25, 2026) have flown by, but the valuable conversations, meaningful insights, and trust that our Customers and Partners placed in Phuc Truong Hai (PTH Boiler) remain deeply valuable.

In the heavy machinery and pressure equipment manufacturing industry, an organized workspace is the cornerstone of precision and absolute safety. At Phuc Truong Hai, the 5S standard (Sort - Set in order - Shine - Standardize - Sustain) is far from a mere slogan; it is our core culture and the ultimate yardstick for our team's discipline.

6G welding (welding pipes at a fixed 45-degree incline) is recognized as one of the most challenging levels in pressure welding technology. At Phuc Truong Hai, this has become a mandatory standard for all welders directly involved in fabricating pressure vessels, waterwall systems, and boiler heat-resistant components.
